Moderating
At the Insight Factory, we have experience moderating with a concentration on products and the sensory experience allowing us to give guidance for your product development efforts.
Whether it is traditional focus groups, on line groups, in depth interviews, ethnography or another qualitative method, we strive to go beneath the surface to uncover hidden emotions, attitudes or feelings.
Lisa Christina Beck is a RIVA trained moderator and a member of QRCA. She has conducted focus groups for a variety of product categories ranging from food, personal care, household products and fragrances.
